You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. In most cases we will ship out within 24 hours of your order received Monday through Friday. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. We ship using UPS Ground or US Priority Mail/Flat Rate based on location and cost.  We will choose the method of shipping but when selecting your shipping option choose the option that is the lowest cost to you for billing.

 

When you place an order we will estimate delivery rates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are based on the weight of your shipment and charged on a flat rate basis.  Because we ship from several warehouses the shipment costs are only an estimate and may be adjusted to reflect the actual shipping charges after your order is placed. We are not able at this time to ship to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

 

Orders for Place Boards and Pet Beds:

The manufacture does not stock these items but custom manufactures them on order. Orders can take 5 to 7 business days to ship. They ship by Fed-X Ground which can take another 1 to 4 days depending on your location.
